Traditional Synergy in Visual Studio Should Support .editorconfig For "Suppress project platform target and active configuration mismatch warnings"

We appreciate the recent introduction of "Suppress project platform target and active configuration mismatch warnings" (https://www.synergex.com/docs/versions/v111/index.htm#vs/Options_Advanced.htm#Warnings) This has removed several thousand warnings.

However as it stands today, this setting (along with several others) must be configured on a per machine basis. This adds friction when spinning up a new Developer box or when switch projects as this setting is global.

Rather this setting (and all other settings) should be configurable via .editorconfig like any other Visual Studio language https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/ide/create-portable-custom-editor-options?view=vs-2019

In this way this setting can be more accurately deployed company wide.
