Resource Center Cases Consider Linking "Tracker #" Directly To Tracker View

A while ago Tracker #'s were added to Cases in the new Resource Center. That was a big help (Thank You!).

Please consider taking the next step which is to automatically generate a link to the tracker URL (right now you can insert https://resourcecenter.synergex.com/helpdesk/tracker-view.aspx?id= followed by the ID number to get where you wanna go). To make it easier to get to the Tracker-View to check progress.

Right now the only work around is to manually type in the address yourself (but better than nothing).

Thanks for your feedback!  We've added direct tracker links to the case detail pages.  We also plan on adding a more seamless tracker integration to the community in 2018.
