We would like for dblproto to take an input .dbp file, and process any files in a given .DBL file into that dbp file to output a new dbp file?

I.e. we just want to update the dbp files in a similar way to the .OLB files where you can compile a .DBL into an existing .OLB

We just want to update the dbp, compile, update the OLB and then update the ELB and go.
