Create local and remote ISAMs using local FDL file

I would like to be able to create both local and remote ISAMs using a local FDL file. Currently the FDL must be on the machine machine where the ISAMĀ fileĀ is being created.

For example, when using the Open routine, FDL assumes it is on the same system as the ISAM file that's being created, and as such won't accept xfServer syntax because it uses whatever xfServer reference is being used for the ISAM (or assumes it they're both local).

It would be beneficial be able to use a local FDL to create remote ISAMs. A scenario where this would be beneficial is a repository of FDLs that would be used to create ISAMs on multiple systems.
