Update cases pages to show full details
in the cases tab in the resource center, it appears that we only see a description, but none of the details or emails back and forth with support with the additional details for the case. I think we should be able to see the details - at a minimum of the emails back and forth with support - so that when we look back at old cases we have a record of it to review. Otherwise we are forced to try to search emails which may or may not still exist to try to get the details of the case.
It is especially necessary to be able to view cases that other developers open as they may even no longer be with the company and all that knowledge is lost.
