Traditional Synergy In Visual Studio should support toolkit window Script projects
Delivered
Currently to build window scripts I use a pre build command on a dummy project to launch the Script dbr program.
A new project type should be provided for building window script projects.
ideally it should be able to create linux or windows versions of the windows library.

Our Developers again have asked for this today, this is a pretty rough spot for those attempting to transition to Traditional Synergy in Visual Studio.

This is something we previously said would happen but was not delivered. I can't make any promises right at this moment, but I will ensure that the subject is revisited in the near future.

Our apologies for not providing an update sooner. We are actively working on our processes to ensure more timely status updates in the future. Additionally, we are putting together a roadmap to be published around our virtual conference in May. Much of the past year has been spent on implementing and adopting best practices within our development organization so that we can better serve our customers in years to come.
We anticipate that it will be either in a Fall or Winter release. In full transparency, it was slated for the release around the planned 2020 Synergy DevPartner Conference last May but got pushed due to prioritization of other features (required Visual Studio changes for async, unit testing, IntelliSense, among others) and improvements. Your account manager will be following up with you to address a few questions.
Thank you for your continued business.

We're pleased to announce that the recently released SDI 2022.02.1048 includes a Synergy Script project that lets you manage and compile UI Toolkit Window Scripts. Note that you must also use Synergy/DE 12.0.1.3275 (or higher) to use this new project type.
