Considering Documenting Available Features For Each Runtime Installer

If you are attempting to use PowerShell Desired State Configuration's MsiPackage Resource (https://github.com/PowerShell/PSDscResources#msipackage) you will most likely want to select particular features.

Synergex does not document these features currently but you can view what is exposed using Orca (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/msi/orca-exe) and look at the `Feature` Table.
