Backup License Server Names Should Be Fully Qualified

As of 10.3.3f when you setup a Backup license Server the backup server name is not fully qualified:
  

Network Client with Server redacted.cu.net on port 2380
Backup server redacted2 on port 2380 is ready

We desire that the backup server be allowed to be fully qualified as we feel we'll encounter issues in mixed mode environments where the backup server may not live on premise or in the same domain.
