Default xfODBC DSN shouldn't get wiped out from an upgrade
When you upgrade Synergy/DE, any changes you make to the default DSN named xfODBC will be lost as the DSN will revert back to the default value. As in the below:
This causes a loss of configuration information, if it is being used, without warning or a way to get it back. The only way to prevent this is to not use the default xfODBC DSN that comes with the install.
Having your configuration easily import/exportable is a key tenant of the Modern DevOps world, ideally checked into Version Control somewhere for change tracking.
